Do you like tiramisu? Well, we love it. The creaminess of mascarpone, the aroma of amaretto and those moist, coffee-flavoured ladyfingers... What's not to love?! A very classy and fancy dessert that will definitely "wow" your guests.


for 8-10 people


  • 8 egg yolks
  • 160g icing sugar
  • 1kg mascarpone
  • 200ml strong coffee
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 400g ladyfingers
  • cocoa powder


  1. Place egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for about 5-8 minutes, until they are really pale in colour.
  2. Start adding mascarpone, in 8 turns, beating the mixture on low speed. Beat until the mascarpone is completely incorporated. Set aside in a cold place.
  3. Boil water and make coffee. Add Amaretto to it and stir.
  4. Place half of the ladyfingers at the bottom of the pan and moist each ladyfinger with a teaspoon of coffee. Cover with half of the prepared cream and sprinkle with thick layer of cocoa powder.
  5. Place the remaining ladyfingers in the pan, moist with coffee again and place the rest of the cream on them. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving. Refridgerate for min. 5 hours, but it tastes much better after resting for the whole night in the fridge!
